Hi! We are looking to rent out our current home to 5 female students. The downstairs room would be private with a private bathroom ($750), the master bedroom and bathroom would be a shared room (FILLED), and the two individual rooms upstairs sharing a bathroom (ONE REMAINING $700). Utilities are an additional $25 per person per month. Security deposit is the price of your rent so it depends on which room you choose. Move in November 1st. Lease is 8 months to go 6 months into the new year with the November move in, 6 month lease following that. It will be all furnished with beds and furniture for you. It’s 2 minutes off the freeway so it is quick to get anywhere. It is about a 17-20 min drive to both UVU and BYU. Such a great home and hopefully we find the perfect people to come take care of it for us! It also has a full Vivint system for extra security so you feel safe.
