The downstairs room would be private with a private bathroom ($750), the master bedroom and bathroom would be a shared room (FILLED), and the two individual rooms upstairs sharing a bathroom (ONE REMAINING $700). Utilities are an additional $25 per person per month. Security deposit is the price of your rent so it depends on which room you choose. Move in November 1st.
